What to include
- Questions about your report or a refund: your result ID. It’s the code at the end of your report link, after /report/.
- Paid, but lost your link? The email address you used at checkout, so we can find your report.
- Something not working? What you were doing, what happened, and the device and browser you used. A screenshot helps.
Please never send your card number or other payment details. We will never ask for them.
